Playa Flamingo is one of Costa Rica’s most “exclusive” beaches. The community of Flamingo is located on a beautiful long spit of land that forms part of Potrero Bay, with a high rock outcropping on the northern end, upon which most of the hotels and homes are built. The views from this rocky hill are breath-taking. The beach itself (actually called “Playa Blanca”) is a spectacular white sand beach, which looks out on rocks and islands dotting the horizon.
